I was in the shower this morning and thought, 'Wouldn't it be wonderful if there was somewhere on-line where I could find a buddy or buddies where we could help each other achieve a weight loss goal! So I searched the internet and hey! There you were My name is Deb, I live in Yorkshire, UK with my husband Richard! We have 5 daughters and a grandson. I am 59 and have been trying to lose weight for ages. I'm 177lbs and want to be 145lbs but I suffer from 'what the ****' syndrome! I could really do with some support and in return I am more than happy to give it back in whatever way I can. Would love to hear from like minded peeps - this could be the start of something special xx

Welcome Deb! I like to read the forums for inspiration when I'm feeling crap about my weight loss efforts. I hope you meet people who offer support and motivation on your journey. I'd also like to hear a bit more about this 'what the ****' syndrome since I'm a bit curious about what that encompasses, haha!
