Hi everyone, I知 new here, hoping to get some weight loss support
. I知 36 and weigh 177, and I need to lose a good 40-50 pounds, which feels daunting
. I started at 197 a few months ago and have crawled my way down, but I知 looking to step things up a little. I am usually extremely sedentary and have a desk job, plus I had been eating mostly junk, so I really need to eat better and work out more
