New to 3FC forum
Hello all,
My name is Pinky774. I started a weight loss project for the new year. I have 100+lbs to lose. I reached an alltime high this past April that was 25+lbs, due to depression medication. I do not know what I weigh now, but I am a size smaller. I am counting calories and watching carbs. Exercise sitting in a chair daily, not that strenuous. I plan to include walking 4 times a week soon. I also plan to get a scale and face the music. This site seems like a good choice for help and information. I really want this to work.
