My name is Zarah. I'm trying to get in back in shape... I mean in shape (I've never actually been in shape so I guess it isn't "back in shape").
I've been working out for about 3 months and actually watching what I eat for 1 month. I came across this site a few days ago and decided what the heck I'm gonna join. In the two months that I've been working out, I've lost 7lbs. I currently weigh about 206ish and don't feel I am dropping weight (lbs wise) but I can tell that I am getting thinner because my pants are actually buttoning now! My goal is to get to 165lbs and once I get there I'll decide if I should just tone-up more or if I should continue dropping. 165 lbs. is still overweight for my height 5'7" but I think I am one of those people who is just meant to be a little thicker and I am ok with that. I think my fat is fairly well distributed throughout my body meaning that I'm equally fat all over
. I hope that when I drop weight it will come off different areas of my body evenly but that might just be wishful thinking
