I'm new -- again!
I've been a member since 2002 -- my 15 year old son would have been less than a year old when I joined. Wow. Obviously, I've battled my weight for years. Up and down -- many times. I started my weight loss journey this time on July 1st and as of now I'm down 48 lbs (50 from my highest ever). I know I can lose the weight, IF I can stick to it. That is my downfall. I lose it, get comfortable, and then gain it back. It's a horrible cycle. This time I want to keep it off. I need accountability. Help!
