Good Morning Everyone!
I am new to the site after reading threads on the IP Program. I can't wait to get started on my own as I have a child who needs constant medical attention and can't afford doing the actual program!
I would really like to know what I need to eat in place of a protein packet. I know a lot of people said shakes and protein bars are part of their meals but is that supposed to take place of the actual packets?? I pretty much got everything else down with the vitamin supplements and veggies and the dinner. I'm just a little confused with the above mentioned substitution. Any help is greatly appreciated!
