I'm a middle aged mom whose "babies" are now teens and I've been so busy for the last 17 years I forgot to lose my "baby" weight gain.
Oops! Over the past year I've dropped 20 lbs but I'm ready to really put forth the effort and drop the last 40. Actually, I'm not sure how much I want to lose, I just want to be a size 10 whatever that weight is for me. I'm a size 14 now and weigh 170. I've been going "hardcore" this past week and dropped 4 lbs. I'm hoping to be a size 12 by my birthday, September 29th.
