Hi Y'all!
I'm a middle aged mom whose "babies" are now teens and I've been so busy for the last 17 years I forgot to lose my "baby" weight gain. :o Oops! Over the past year I've dropped 20 lbs but I'm ready to really put forth the effort and drop the last 40. Actually, I'm not sure how much I want to lose, I just want to be a size 10 whatever that weight is for me. I'm a size 14 now and weigh 170. I've been going "hardcore" this past week and dropped 4 lbs. I'm hoping to be a size 12 by my birthday, September 29th.
