Starting Over
HI!
I'm Jessica, and it's time I start OVER. A little background, I am a mom of two daughters, when I had my first daughter I had no problems dropping the weight and feeling well about myself.
After my second daughter, I dropped the weight back down to an acceptable level (not my goal weight), but was happy. Than she started having nursing problems, so I stopped focusing on me and put all my attention in to her.. As the time passed my weight kept creeping up. I've never been this heavy, and frankly, I am disappointed in my self.
So this is me starting over on Aug 1st (when I can buy groceries). I'll be doing weight watchers as I know it has worked in the past, but, I need motivation.. So hopefully this forum will help!
