Hello! My name is Laura and I just discovered this forum. I am a diabetic (not well controlled) and instead of adding more types and units of insulin to my routine, I have decided to follow the advice of my doctor and nurse. My nurse has used Sugar Busters for years and has lost a great deal of weight and maintained her loss. I know what I should do (most of the time) but need encouragement to get it done and even some tips in making healthy choices when working full time. Thanks for being supportive!!
