Motivated to be the best version of myself!
Hello all! I'm just a girl in my early 30s who has always had a weight problem. I was sporty as a teenager, but since college, my weight has fluctuated, and always tends to creep up more than down. I've lost 30 pounds every few years, but I tend to find some emotional excuse to not make my health a priority.
I'm now married and would like to be pregnant around a year from now. I'm here to focus, stay grounded, and be reminded how good it feels to eat well and get my exercise. I also want to focus on all the projects and fun we can have in life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I also want to give support to this helpful community.
I am a calorie counter, and I have all the tools, and know how to plan. It's time to focus each day on my health, and allow my body to transform into a healthier, stronger me!
