I've been dieting for a few months now and have lost some weight but I've stalled out so now I'm online looking for more support. I'm 36, female, 5'3" and 225 lbs. I am a very low carber (ketogenic). I know a lot of internet forums frown on that if its not specifically a low carb forum but this is what works for me. I want to lose 75 lbs.
