My name is Beth

I was with TSFL last year 2014 and had lost 60 pounds and all was going well.

My Father had passed away at the end of May 2014, and I stopped eating the Medifast meals, stopped the exercise and ate horribly.

This is my second day of Medifast/TSFL and I feel pretty good so far!

My condolences on the loss of your Dad. I'm so happy for you that you are in a place emotionally where you can reboot your diet now. I lost my parents and sister, and it took be years to pull myself together diet wise. I started dieting a little over a year and a half ago and lost about 88 lbs. I have had a regain of 23 lbs, so I'm back to 3FC to work off my regain! I'm on day 2 of my diet reboot as well

Wow, it's your second day too? Neat! I feel tired and a little light-headed, but I know that feeling will go away. Can't wait for my chicken salad tonight!
