That my right but cheek is smaller, a bit more toned, has less fat than my left butt cheek, even the thighs are a lil uneven.. how do I fix this problem and am I the only one??? --help!!

Hi firgirl,

Having body asymmetries is normal. I have one calf that is bigger than the other and one boob that is too. But if it's a large difference maybe something about your form doing leg exercises or jogging is causing it. I would say try to balance it out by doing more 1 leg exercises focusing on your right side. Don't be too critical of yourself though, I'm sure no one even notices it

Good points! And very true. I have one ear higher than the other, weird!

A couple of questions.

Are you lifting? Are you right or left handed?

While it seems to go against the norm, working out your non dominate side first, actually is an advantage as you concentrate on that a bit more, especially where form, and actually doing the move correctly, is concerned. I know we all like to do the dominate side, because it's easier. But doing the non one first, makes us give it the love it needs.

That aside, most people most likely will never notice.
