Hello ladies,
Congratulations to you all for making this such as comforting and inspiring resource. I am here cause I really really really want to lose weight and keep it off this time. And I realised I can't do it on my own. Or don't want to.
30 years old. Blessed with a darling daughter last year. Have been FAT (somewhat overweight to obese) for the last 15 years. My weight has affected EVERY aspect of my life adversely. Of course, this is the first time I have admitted it.
I don't want my weight to stop me from being the best mother i can be to my child. And the truth is that i want to be fit and look good. Always have! Sharing this already makes me feel better. And my resolve stronger.
Current weight: 88 KGS height: 5 feet 5 in BMI: over 30.
Goal: 69 KGS (I wish to be 75 KGS by my birthday in May)
Most importantly, I never ever want to weigh so much in my life again. Like so many of you, I am engulfed by exhaustion going back and forth losing weight.
