I am new to this forum. I just started a medicine called Qsymia. I have some diet related health problems (diabetes, fatty liver) that I am hoping will improve with diet changes and exercise. I lost 5 lbs last week with some advice from the dietician so I am hoping I will keep going. I am on a VLCD just for this week. I started it today. I am medically montored through a bariatric clinic. I have about 50lbs to lose.
My sister invited me to a weight loss challenge that starts Monday. I signed up. It is good to have other people to go through it with you.

Ha, well, if you & your sister are competitive I'd say the Forum can be your Secret Weapon! Just kidding - I can't advocate competitiveness when it comes to weight loss - we are all a supportive group - even the 'challenges' are really group efforts.
