  • Hello everyone!
    i am new here, I joined "3 fat chicks on a diet" to make new friends and get some support, losing weight "slowly" can be quite depressing sometimes. I made a choice 11 days ago: "i will definitely start eating healthy" and since then i started exercising 5 times a week (just walking for 70 min or so), i stopped eating chips, chocolates, coke and junk food in general and till now i've lost 2 kilos ( in 11days). I hope you will accept me as a new member and as a friend Good luck to everyone and let's be healthy !

    Yup reducing weight slowly is just like killing mentally and emotionally... you may be feel like tired while giving 100% each and everyday.

    slowly and gradually we are going to achieve what we want... Keep in touch and keep motivating others

  • What a great start! I need to move more; my joints protest if I push it too
    hard but at least I can get some movement going each day. We can do this!!
