Hi everyone!
my name is Amber and im starting my total body makeover today.

im really just trying fall in love with who I am again, a big part of that is my weight but it also has a lot to do with working on my self esteem and confidence (as that's the biggest factor in why I don't lose weight)

I have two amazing kids ages 7 and 4 and im working on finishing school and getting a career started. at 27. I know.. I don't know how many times ive told my mom sorry for not listening and going straight to college but life has its own plans from time to time.

that being said, by the time I hit 30 I'd like to confidently say I have my life together.

im starting slow, with just curbing the snacks and cutting sodas, and walking a couple times a week.

I really look forward to starting my journey and getting to know you all!

Hi Amber! It's a great idea to start with small changes! Eventually, they will all lead to one big change in you! It sounds like you have a wonderful plan for your life, so definitely go for it! You can do this! Good luck!

I am so glad to find a place where there are other women just like me. (I'm new to this site as well) I thought it was finally time to seek help and support after I couldn't laugh at myself anymore and started hating myself.
