My name is Erin. I found this forum through a Google search, and it seems like a great forum to share ideas and stay motivated.
Not much to say about me, I've lost quite a bit of weight over the last couple of years, and I'm now maintaining weight and building muscle ... Taking different classes in nutrition, and working part time as a PT ... My full-time job being blogging and graphic design.
I will probably lurk around at all the different forums here. After being over weight for the major part of my life, I have lots of stuff to contribute -- at least I feel I do
