I signed up today. I decided in late December that I would join up here. As of tomorrow, 1/1/2014, my diet begins. I have over 100 pounds to lose to reach my goal.

Mini-Goals, 100lb Club, Packaged Meals and Clinics - Nutrisystem, Medifast, Jenny Craig, Etc, Calorie Counters, or Exercise.
