Hello!
Hi,
I signed up today. I decided in late December that I would join up here. As of tomorrow, 1/1/2014, my diet begins. I have over 100 pounds to lose to reach my goal. From browsing the forums a bit I think I'll be posting one or more of these... Mini-Goals, 100lb Club, Packaged Meals and Clinics - Nutrisystem, Medifast, Jenny Craig, Etc, Calorie Counters, or Exercise. Anywho! Here I go. Wish me luck! :) |

BTW, gardenerjoy, I like your picture. My grandmother used to garden. I haven't done anything like that since "Earth Science" class in High School. Jacqui D, I saw your mini goals. So far mine are... 1. 256 lbs - 1st 10 pounds lost 2. 246 lbs - 2nd 10 pounds lost 3. 239.85 - 10 % of body weight |
