Hello fellow community members! I'm new to this board and joined to help me stay on track and motivate me with my weight loss goals. I want to lose over 100 lbs and have just started on the Ideal Protein Protocol. I'm in phase 1, day 4, and except for feeling a bit light headed it's been going well.
