I'm new, obviously!
I started my diet/new healthy eating lifestyle 26 days ago and I've lost about 7lbs so far. I know that the first 2-3lbs loss was water but I'm still so freaking happy!
I'm calorie-counting, trying to limit my cals to 1400 a day & not denying myself treats, provided I've allowed for them in my allowance.
I'm going to introduce exercise soon. Still deciding what to do... I would start jogging but I pulled a toe ligament three months ago and my dr says it could take another three months to heal - although it may never heal properly

. My go to exercise was always jogging, but now I'll have to try out something else.
Besides the injury, I'm really happy today as I reached my first mini goal which was to get under the 140lb mark
