Starting over for the last time!
Hi all!
I'm no stranger to weight loss, but unfortunately I'm starting over. At my highest I've been 200lbs and at my lowest I've been 145lbs. I recently graduated nursing school in May and during school I'd gain and lose, but in the long run, I mostly gained. So, I'm here again and I find that these boards motivate me. I'm currently a nurse in the operating room and I'm trying to adjust my schedule to include more exercise. Thanks for reading and I look forward to this journey!
