Default Long time listener, First time caller
Hi there. I've been reading posts on this website for a year now, and finally joined in April but haven't posted till now.

I found motivation following the threads last year and lost 63% of my goal weight, but as of February 2013, I have no self-control, no motivation; I've gained every pound back!

I am committed again, this week; I will participate in the forums this time, and will succeed!
