Hi
My name is Sara, I'm a mom of 3 and work at home. My husband and I do foster care for 4 disabled adults
I started my weight loss journey March 2012 and have lost 50 lbs so far with WW.
I'm kind of at a plateau right now and need a boost!

I have just started on WW and I am really enjoying it. Congratulations on your weight loss! That is a great accomplishment!

Hi Sara! Congrats on the 50 lbs loss! Wow! That is spectacular! Plateaus happen and they are no big deal. Look at it this way: They are so much better than gaining! They really are just your body's way of adjusting to the weight you've lost so far. Sometimes, you have to do something a little different to jumpstart your metabolism again like add a different exercise, etc., and sometimes you just have to wait it out. Anyway, so glad to have you here. Be sure to check out the WW forum under Diet Central! Good luck!
