Ok, so this is me at approximately 150lbs, which is about my most comfortable weight:



This is me..."fluffier" somewhere in the 180s, it's one of the worst ones I could find, and even then, I'm "sucking it in" so to speak:



So, on the slow march back to 150 (I hope), and this time, to stay there or even slightly lower.

You look great in both pics actually, but I'm sure you feel much healthier at 150, so go for it! You can do it!

Jacqui D, I felt like a whale in that second photo. In fact, I knew I had gained weight, but I didn't really pay much attention to how much. When I saw those photos I could have cried. I was so appalled. I mean, how does a person gain so much weight (over 30lbs) and just "not notice" how bad it really is? And then I lost the weight (top photo) and was so happy...then I just let it all pile back on. I'm so disappointed in myself, I shouldn't HAVE to do this again. But here I am.

Wolfgirl I saw your thread, you looked nice in both photos, but just like me, I felt bad in the heavy photo, and good in the thin photo so I understand.
