Ok, so this is me at approximately 150lbs, which is about my most comfortable weight:

This is me..."fluffier" somewhere in the 180s, it's one of the worst ones I could find, and even then, I'm "sucking it in" so to speak:

So, on the slow march back to 150 (I hope), and this time, to stay there or even slightly lower.

I know you'll get to your goal! Just don't give up! EVER! And you'll get there! We're all here for you! :)

P.S. I'm going to steal your idea hope you don't mind. I'll link to your thread. :)

:welcome: You look great in both pics actually, but I'm sure you feel much healthier at 150, so go for it! You can do it!

Jacqui D, I felt like a whale in that second photo. In fact, I knew I had gained weight, but I didn't really pay much attention to how much. When I saw those photos I could have cried. I was so appalled. I mean, how does a person gain so much weight (over 30lbs) and just "not notice" how bad it really is? And then I lost the weight (top photo) and was so happy...then I just let it all pile back on. :( I'm so disappointed in myself, I shouldn't HAVE to do this again. But here I am.

Wolfgirl I saw your thread, you looked nice in both photos, but just like me, I felt bad in the heavy photo, and good in the thin photo so I understand.
