Hi everyone, it's been 4 years since I was last on the site, and unfortunately I gained back 30 of the 37 lbs I had lost back then . I attribute much of my weight loss progress last time to 3FC, so I am happy to be back again! . I wish I had never left, but sometimes life gets to us and we stray from our good intentions, and that's exactly what happened to me. I look forward to beginning this journey again and hopefully this time, my success will be more permanent!
