Hi I am a 33 year old mother of 2 beautiful children, and I work as an RN. I started out at 208 and have slowly managed to get down to
186 on my own, but I feel like I need some support, especially with exercise. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Exercise is a challenge for me too...just finding the right time to get out of the house. I always enjoy my time away from the kids, and listening to my music.
