Default Getting my kids Mum back.
Hi, I am 40 years old and weigh 52 pounds more than I used to. I weighed myself this morning and I am 212 pounds. ( gosh that's sounds frightening ).

Up until last April I was 161, when I gave up smoking. I have never been this weight before and I just do not feel like me. I have more clothes than a shop and I don't fit in any of them.

On Friday night my baby had her prom and I just couldn't face having my picture taken with her.
So enough is enough. I need to lose this weight so my kids get their Mum back. And I get myself back.

Amazing achievement quitting smoking, congratulations!

I barely appear in any family pictures over the last few years. I prefer being the one taking the photos because I pretty much hate the way I look. It's not a great feeling I know.
