new to site
Hi my name is Wendy and I am new to the site. I started my weight loss in January around the last of the month. I was recently told by a doctor that I am a diabetic and I have hypothyroidism, (I think I spelled that right) so I decided I needed to make some changes to myself. I haven't really done much exercise; to be honest I am just not real motivated to do it. I know I need to change that, and I am trying. So that is why I thought I needed to join a group or club to maybe get some encouragement to keep losing weight and get more active. And possibly help anyone that I can.
