Smile Wow, this is hard...
I'm sitting here, pondering what to write. Well, here goes...
I first visited this site 6 months ago, but didn't do a darn thing...just browsed...really unsure what to say, what to do.

I'm back again and really want to join in and network, this time, with others with similar challenges and really looking forward to the opportunity to support others while receiving support in return.

I"m very happy to be here and hope to stay a while.

My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I lost 35 lbs. a few years ago and I was thrilled. I remember how difficult it was then, so I've got both eyes wide open.

Welcome Back! Best of luck on your journey. I've just recently started, (seriously this time) to try to lose weight for multiple reasons! I actually seen numbers move on the scale today. I'm super excited!.... Hard work and dedication does truly pay off.

Welcome Sandy, I joined almost a month ago and haven't looked back since. Have several feeds I post in and find it has helped jump start me again. I was at a plateau as most of my friends who started trying to lose weight in January kinda dropped out on me so I needed support.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome! It's great to hear that you stuck to it, although your friends all gave up since January! This site is helping me keep focused and it's only been a few days.
