I'm doing the Ideal Protein protocol, I've lost almost 50 lbs in 5 months and have hit a wall, only losing about 5 lbs in the last month, trying to motivate and get back on track!!

I don't know much about Ideal Protein, but I just wanted to give you a big warm welcome!! That's awesome about your weight loss already Don't be bummed about the smaller weight loss last month...as we get closer to goal, weight loss slows. As long as the scale is continuing to move down, you're in great shape!!
I don't really know much about Ideal Protein but usually do Sonoma and when I hit a wall I do Paleo Diet as a jump starter. Maybe you could try something like that?
