I'm currently 250 lbs. I recently stepped on the scale after a long hiatus, broke down crying, and stayed in bed for literally three strait days. I'm not big on diets and I want to lose weight in a way that can be maintained, i.e. eating right and exercising. I like to exercise, I just like eating more and cooking is my primary hobby. I need help and support because my weight has gotten out of control.
Yup I feel ya. I love food. When I stepped on the scale and I was almost #200, I freaked out. I must have been in denial. For some reason I thought I was still 180, which I knew I was over weight. After I had my last babu (9yrs ago) I weighed 150. And I was depressed by that number, but now that I'm older and have more sense that's my goal weight!
