Hi All! I had a baby 6 months ago, and I haven't lost a pound of the pregnancy weight. I've struggled with weight issues my entire life, and I am tired of the dieting roller coaster. I'm ready to lose the weight, and keep it off. My biggest problem: Patience. I just have to remember that the tortoise won the race!
Hi! I'm new also. I also have your same problem with patience. I've tried to lose weight before but when I just didn't see the immediate result I got so discouraged. This time around though I'm working on the patience and realized I have to change my eating habits into a lifestyle change, and so far I'm so upbeat about it. Good luck!
