I am starting Medifast on Monday, May 20th..have 40 lbs to lose...I am super motivated because my fiance and I are going to Maui on August 30th. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit and actually have a photo taken of me this time...so here is my biggggg issue...I have been waiting to start MF after all my families events..birthdays, anniversaries, etc...now I have an invite to go the Arizona/ the river over Memorial Day..I am not so concerned with the food consumption...it's the booze...I know there are no cheat days on MF...now, my big problem...do I wait or do I start MF as planned and have to go through ketosis all over again??? Suggestions anyone???
There is no time like tomorrow. I don't know anything about MF either, however, I think that you should just get into it. The sooner it's done the better, and you sound super ready. You may have to miss celebrating this time around.
