Smile Good Morning!!!!! New Girl Here!!!!!

Hi everyone. This is my first time here so I hope I Did this right!?

I just started SB on Monday. So far so good. I've exercised more in the past 4 days than I have in the past 4 years...LOL... So far I've lost 4 lbs.

I'm really glad I found this place. I know it will help to have people to do this with.

I got up this morning and made the Mock French Toast for breakfast and it was yummy!!!! It's the first recipe I've tried that I found on here. Thanks a million to whoever put it there...

Well gonna run and get some more water. I feel another headache coming on and that's not too good. I'm hoping I'm almost done with the headache thing.

Will be back later.

Welcome to the Beach! It can help with the headache if you drink lots of water and make sure you are getting healthy carbs from things like beans. Have you checked out the Taco Bake recipe? It's a phase 1 favorite of just about everyone.

Thanks everyone. I find myself craving something crunchy at night in front of the TV. Any suggestions?

And I know this is a little of subject but, I read in a post the other day that someone here works from home? I just moved from NJ to NC and had to give up my job. I need to be at home this summer with my boys and was trying to look into at home opportunities but there are a million and I'm afraid of being a sucker by some scam...lol.
