Default I'm and have a long ways to go
I have been a big girl all my life. Im short only 5' but Im now just over 300lbs. I need to change my life and start counting that down. I need all the help support and advice i can get

My name is Sarah and I'd like to congratulate you on already taking the first step. The key for me was accepting my weight gain and loving myself regardless. Easier said than done!

Once I did that, I thought "what is one positive thing i can add to my lifestyle?" You may start by limiting a certain favourite food, adding in more water, adding in more walking- anything. One step, girl! A journey of a thousand miles begins with a thousand steps!!!
