I have always been overweight. However 2 years ago I lost 100lbs and was as skinny as I've ever been. I didn't have a solid plan for maintenance, started eating whatever and stopped going to the gym. Now here I am staring at 50lbs to lose, half of what I already lost.
The good thing is I know how to lose the weight. The bad thing is I am having a hard time finding the motivation and will power this time around. Even though I'm even more unhappy about being 50lbs overweight than when I was 100lbs overweight.
I need a solid kick in the *** and could use some weight loss buddies! Lets do this
