Hi and welcome! Lurking around here will definitely give some inspiration. Check out the success stories, or the weight loss support, or exercise areas. You can see what other people are up to and how its working for them. I have given up so many times with weight loss but this time it's different... and I like to think a lot of it has to do with finding this website!
I agree, have a search around and read what everyone else is doing, there are so many different ways to lose weight! Fundamentally the same, sure, but the devil's in the details when looking for a plan that's right for you
