Hello. I'm new to the site and I've got quite a lot to lose. I started back in August, but only lasted a few weeks and then drifted off plan. I've been back on it for the past month or two though and intend it to be permanent this time. I decided to post here in the hope that it will keep me motivated. Plus I've been lurking about on and off over the past few months and I've already picked up loads of useful stuff.

This is be the place uh huh! Glad that you have found an eating plan that works for you?? I hope?? and this is the bestest place. It has saved my sanity many times and made me laugh alot and most importantly... its a place to be motivated.
