Hey ya'll! My name is Kailyn and I am a 24 year old Social Worker/Emotional Eater/Professional Procrastinator from Louisiana.
I have been working on losing weight for a while now but keep falling off.
My latest setback is doctor's orders for no exercise until the 21st since I had a diagnostic laproscopy on Thursday. I am hoping that since they were able to see and diagnose/fix a few things, that I may be in less pain and able to exercise regularly, but of course, I need some help and support!
My husband is great, but as an accountant, he is working until 10pm or later lately, and I'm working til at least 6, so we are having trouble getting a schedule working.
Now, my worst problem is knowing that I can't really exercise for 2 weeks that is frustrating me!!
Anyone have any suggestions? I plan to start walking tomorrow, but going to have to move slow
Or just any support/success stories are awesome too
