Hello everyone,

I am Crystal and I am happy to be here!! I am struggling with my weight and have lost motivation to do anything about it. I am hoping to meet some awesome new friends and we can help each other along the way.

Hi Crystal, I am new too. I have struggled for years with weight loss. I need emotional support. Its hard doing it alone. Hope to meet new people with the same goals in mind.

Hello Crystal, I'm also new here to the site and struggling with my weight, it's hard to get motivated on losing weight when no one understands your frustrations. I need support and motivation to get going and eventually get to my goal weight. Hope we can all help eachother.
