Hello, I am new here. I have had issues with my weight my whole life. I have battled anorexia, bullemia, over eating disorders, had my weight change drastically with a high of 210 and an unhealthy low at 110. So now I'm on a mission to be the healthiest me I can be. I started this journey in May 2012 at 168lbs, I weighed in today at 124. I did it this time with diet and exercise. I have set goals for health and added them to my bucket list. I am 33 and have decided to run a 1/2 marathon by 34 and a full marathon by 35. When I started working out in May 2012, I couldn't run 30 seconds without wanting to keel over. The years of diet damage I had done to my body had really taken a toll. So now I'm happy to say I have a solid 8min mile on my short run days and a 10 min mile on my long days. I have done numerous 5k's including the Warrior Dash and I'm looking forward to many more. I can't wait to see my goal weight and know I made it there in a healthy way.
