so.. i'm Sara.. and i'm a sugar-aholic/carb-aholic/emotion eater.

Well I would like to start off by asking if anyone else is doing Medifast DIY? and how they are doing it?? I have lost 32 pounds doing it but i feel like i'm a lone wolf. Everyone else is rich and buying the food good ole whole natural CHEAP food from the grocery store for me! ha ha! I am looking for new recipes and tips to add to my blog. diymydiet. and help aid in my weight loss!

Ah yes doing medifast! but I don't buy the products! just straight from teh grocery store.. Is this what you do?

To get the weight loss ticker, you have to be here a certain number of days (21?) and have a certain number of posts (21?) After that click on "User CP" at top left... then "Edit Signature" and follow the instructions.

It won't be long until you too will have the cute little ticker!
