Hi!
I'm Flavio, 36, 1,74 m tall, Portuguese and I've always had weight problems.
I believe I have a terrible metabolism and my stressful job (teaching) doesn't help much either.
In January 2013 I hired a PT and started going to the gym everyday.
I've lost 7 kgs (15 lbs) in the past month and a half, which I think is impressive for someone my age, but I'm still far from my goal (68 kgs). It's been tough, especially because I love food.
Any tips and help will be more than welcome.
