Talking Constant diet-er ready to get some change
Hi, I'm a college student studying nursing.
Personally I struggled with weight issues since high school.

I'm started 168lb
currently 150lb
my goal weight is 100.
for my height. i'm quiet obese and i've been feeling some weird
issues with my health..

So, I came here to get some help in getting motivated,
and to get some advise in how to carry out a efficient diet.
