Here I am!
New here. I am heavier than I have ever been, and I am finally ready to put some effort into changing that. I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am stressed, I eat when I am hungry, I eat when I am not hungry, I eat to be social. I eat! I don't exercise. Sure, I walk around - I teach, so I am moving all day. I clean my house so I push a vacuum, and lift clothes baskets, but I don't burn any real calories, and I don't often work up a sweat. I am great at knowing why I am at my heaviest, and least attractive, but I haven't been motivated enough to change things...YET! Now is the time. I have been on boards like this to help me through other aspects of my life, and they have netted me some really great friends, and helped me through becoming a parent, surviving a divorce, and starting a career, so I feel confident that I will find the encouragement to help me tackle this hurdle as well.
