  • I've been on this path before, where i decide to lose weight and never got past more then five pounds. I'm twenty years old and I've never been thin, you could say i come from a long line of overweight people... and it would be true. However I know thats not all that causing my weight, I've remained at 170 since as long as i can remember, i suppose i should be happy i never gained weight but I, like most, people, I am stuck on the fact that I never am able to lose weight either. I am also 5'1 so me being 170 puts me in the obesity range... I am so sick of being fat though and I have to do something about it before i go insane. Maybe talking to people and writing a blog on this site will help me i know if i get down to 130 (or less) I'll go out to the nearest clothing store and buy myself the cutest bathing suit which i will then take to a water park near my house and gosh dang it i will spend hours in the water not worrying about what others think. So i guess thats a goal, 40 pounds (roughly 4 sizes) which for me would be about a size 8 (I'm currently a size 16) feel free to give me tips tricks and encouragement either on this page or you can inbox me (not to sound like i'm begging for your help... but i kind of am theres no way i can do this alone ) and I promise to do the same.
